Exploring the innovations of future food champions
The current transformation of our eating habits and of consumer’s expectations is a inevitable challenge today for every established player of the food industry. However, those very changes enabled an entire new generation of players to emerge, by developing new technological solutions to current and future problems.
In 2018, the JAS aim to contribute to the emergence of these future champions. Hence the creation, in partnership with La Rochelle Technopole of a start-up village of 40, to gather in one place the very best of start-up innovations fitting the great topics of the convention.
