The Exhibition Centre is divided in 3 big areas and gathered around 180 exhibitors in 2018:
Approved centres, national or international networks, clusters, collective structures – this area is dedicated to you. Aware of the importance of such organisations for businesses and for the industry in general, the JAS put the spotlight on industry expertise and specificities inside this area.
Every national and/or international expertise centre will take part in our event. You can select them so they can show you the tools and services they offer to businesses in order to innovate in the Health & Food field.
Our event presents the Health & Food expertise from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine Region within a dedicated area.
Regional experts of all types (laboratories, specific training…), active health & food players, will be here to prove that the regional know-how is up to the national expertise.
Equipment Suppliers and Service Providers
Start point of the food product composition, ingredients – either active, excipients, enhancers, substitutes – contribute to the nutritional balance of a recipe.
Equipment and packaging :
Just like new technologies and food processes, packaging is more than a simple protection – it is part of innovation.
Service Providers :
Service Providers with a wide expertise are here to supplement the businesses in-house skills, by taking part in their development. They provide them with complementary expertise essential to carry out a project.
