The JAS and the Aquitaine Region rallied to promote innovative products from local businesses attending the JAS within a Product Trends & Innovations Area right in the heart of the event. This area offers an illustrated decoding of significant product trends by presenting a wide range of innovative food products.

The products selection will be based on innovation objectives criteria (new benefit for the consumer/retailer)
Selected products will be exhibited during the SIAL in October 2022
